ShelterHelp is a new program designed specifically for organizations providing services to domestic violence victims. Through this program, your organization can receive grants of CALL to PROTECT® cell phones, additional airtime minutes, or cash, depending upon your needs.

This website provides your organization with a simple, turn-key program to implement in your community. CALL to PROTECT ShelterHelp will raise local awareness about your organization while helping to generate much-needed resources to support your work.

The Wireless Foundation is a non-profit organization formed in 1991 by wireless industry companies. Since 1996, the Foundation has sponsored the national CALL to PROTECT program and has provided more than 37,000 wireless phones with airtime and over $3 million in funding to domestic violence prevention and services. Now, the Foundation has expanded the CALL to PROTECT program and created ShelterHelp, which is specially designed for shelters and other groups directly serving victims of domestic violence.
